What is Floffly?
We are a mission-driven online store that sells pet beds and pet products to help feed shelter animals.
How does my purchase help shelter animals?
For every item ordered, we donate funds to charities that provide meals to local animal shelters. This helps reduce euthanasia rates and supports medical care for pets.
Are you a charity?
No, we are not a charity. We are a store that partners with charities to help them raise funds and awareness.
How long does each order take to ship?
Once you place your order, we generally ship your items within a few hours. Although most orders are estimated to arrive within two weeks, there may be slight delays during holidays. Please note that we cannot control the shipping procedures, and we will not be responsible for any delays.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number and order details so that you can easily track your order. You will receive an email notification with all your tracking details.

Can I cancel/ make changes to my order?
Once your order is shipped, you cannot do any order changes/ cancellations.
However, we do offer FREE returns within 30 days of arrival. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
